How do We coat?
The wire, rope or strand is coated with the selected coating in a specially developed process. In that process, the rope/strand retains the structure of the carrier material.
What do We coat for?
Optical decorative coatings
Wherever brilliantly coloured surfaces are required, our decorative coatings are used required. In addition to many RAL colours, we use effect colours such as gold, copper and brass. Applications include, for instance, the construction industry.
PTFE non-stick sliding coatings
Our PTFE coatings are have proved themselves by excellent non-stick properties and a very good heat resistance. Due to their good forming properties, PTFE coatings are often used in the production of springs. These coatings are used, for example, in the automotive and medical technology sectors.
Thermo-reactive coatings – bonding agents
We coat adhesion promoters for the production of plastic-metal joints in extrusion and injection molding. No matter whether:
- PC (Polycarbonate)
- ABS (Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene)
- PVC (Polyvinyl Chloride)
- PP (Polypropylene)
- TPU (Thermoplastic Polyurethane)
- PA (Polyamide) and Polyolefin plastics
- or other thermoplastics
We coat substrates with the appropriate adhesion promoter for an optimal bonding between plastic and substrate. Such coatings are used, for example, in the automotive sector and in the manufacture of household appliances.
